Renovating for Efficiency and INnovation

Timberline completed a full-building renovation to support the continued growth of Solmetex, the market leader in water quality and safety solutions for the dental industry. The 58,000 SF facility was transformed into a modern advanced manufacturing and warehouse environment designed to improve operational efficiency, support product innovation and accommodate future expansion.

Work included demolition of existing clean room areas, an equipment mezzanine, MEP systems and underground utilities, followed by construction of new manufacturing and warehouse space, offices, training rooms and support areas. Infrastructure upgrades included new air handling units, rooftop mechanical equipment, process piping and electrical systems.

Through close collaboration with the owner and design team, the project successfully overcame evolving requirements and long-lead material challenges to deliver a high-performance facility that supports Solmetex’s commitment to safety, regulatory compliance and sustainability.
