Mission-Ready Space for Advanced Technology Operations

Timberline delivered a 55,000 SF tenant fit-out for DCS Corporation, an advanced technology and management solutions provider in the national security sector. The project enabled DCS’s relocation and expansion, creating a mission-ready facility designed for advanced manufacturing, warehouse operations and updated office environments.

The fit-out included high-performance manufacturing and warehouse space upgrades to accommodate specialized equipment, material storage and complex operational workflows. Timberline completed new architectural finishes and installed a robust MEP infrastructure engineered to meet production demands. Additional scope included underground storage tanks and new overhead bay doors to enhance logistics, material handling and equipment access.

In addition to the industrial spaces, the project included renovations to open and private office areas, a boardroom and multiple conference rooms. These office renovations created flexible, collaborative workspaces for day-to-day operations, leadership functions and long-term growth.

A key component of the project involved the careful relocation and reinstallation of existing manufacturing equipment, lab furniture and specialty materials. Detailed planning and precise sequencing were critical to protecting assets while maintaining operational continuity.

Through close coordination with DCS, Timberline aligned construction activities with move-in milestones, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless transition into the new facility. The completed space positions DCS for continued innovation, efficiency and future expansion.
