Creating a Workplace That Brings People Together
This 25,000 SF renovation of a brick and beam mill building was reimagined by CBT Architects alongside Timberline to transform Cogo Labs office space into a modern work environment. The objective of the upgrade to this space was to increase productivity and communication within the office. Throughout this project, renovations included a new open office concept, new workstations, coffee bar and kitchen space.
A variety of different work stations were added to this renovation to align with the needs of Cogo Labs. In addition to the new work spaces and conference rooms, the project also included MEP and HVAC upgrades. The kitchen renovation allows for employees to come together for casual lunches and breaks. All conference rooms and huddle rooms are equipped with new technology for increased communication and visual creativity.
