RENOVATION OF PRODUCT & TESTING SPACE  FOR MILLIPORESIGMA

MilliporeSigma is a global company that provides scientists and engineers with best-in-class lab materials, technologies and services. Timberline is providing construction management services for MilliporeSigma in multiple locations, but most recently wrapped up a project in Springfield.

This particular project included a complete retrofit of 2nd-floor industrial product testing, lab and office space. As part of the renovation 25,000 SF renovation, 10,000 SF was dedicated to a scientific lab, which includes a product & testing laboratory, acoustical & fluids area, bottle washers, assembly room and a clean assembly room.

The remainder of the space was outfitted for office use with cubicles, private offices, common corridors, café, conference rooms, huddle rooms and a storage area. The work also included MEP upgrades throughout the space.
