RENOVATIONS TO BACK BAY BROWNSTONE
With over 800 undergraduates, The Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies is dedicated to advancing human progress and improving the human condition through rigorous and creative undergraduate, graduate and professional education. Conducted within an historic brownstone building, this project comprised a two-floor renovation of the entry way, reception, lounges, offices and more. The scope included selective demolition throughout each room, the sensitive refinishing of existing fine mahogany millwork, new flooring, kitchenette and electrical and HVAC upgrades.
