Timberline partnered with Nordblom to deliver a refreshed, amenity-rich environment for their 1.3 million SF Blue Sky corporate campus. The project enhances the tenant experience through a full renovation of shared spaces and a modernized fitness center that fosters connection, wellness and productivity.

Spanning 24,500 SF, the revitalized amenities include a sophisticated lounge, full service cafeteria and coffee bar area with grab-and-go options, flexible meeting spaces, and a mezzanine-level gaming suite. High-end finishes and custom millwork create a contemporary atmosphere that blends comfort with functionality.

The 7,700 SF fitness center received a complete overhaul with new studios, weight rooms and modern locker facilities. Exterior upgrades, including new pavers, planters, lighting and a café egress door, seamlessly tie indoor and outdoor spaces together.

Executed in two consecutive phases — 21 weeks for the fitness center and 26 for the amenity renovations — Timberline coordinated closely with tenants and building ownership to minimize disruption and maintain operations. These enhancements reinforce Blue Sky’s standing as a top-tier, high-performing campus for today’s workforce.
