renovation of occupied Medical office Buildings

Partnering with MLL Capital and LK Design Group, Timberline Construction completed renovations at two medical office buildings, located at 7 and 12 Alfred St. This project took place within an occupied 112,000 SF medical complex and included demolition of existing finishes and ceramic tile flooring and base within both lobbies. LVT tile and new lighting fixtures were installed throughout the common corridors to provide a clean aesthetic as you walk through both buildings.

This project also included new drop ceilings, sprinkler relocation, paint and tile walls, new glass guardrails, new curtainwalls, new automatic sliding doors, and concrete walkways at both entrances.

Timberline did an excellent job working through complex scheduling issues of an active medical office property, and really helped us create an environment that will attract new practices to join the medical ecosystem that already exists at the property.
