Creating High-end Spaces for Community

This 14,000 SF phased, full-gut renovation of Atmark’s common areas was completed across two occupied residential buildings, including lobbies, mail and package rooms, leasing office, amenity spaces and back-of-house areas.

The work included new glass storefront systems, a reconfigured building entry, structural modifications to expand amenity space and high-end interior finishes throughout.

Construction was completed in occupied conditions, requiring careful phasing, temporary wall systems and detailed logistics planning to maintain uninterrupted access to mail, package and leasing operations.

The project also required ongoing coordination with the design team to address unforeseen existing conditions and client-directed scope changes. Due to long-lead items associated with added scope, the project was temporarily demobilized after major phases in December 2025, with final completion following remobilization in May 2026.
