PRESS RELEASE | July 21, 2026 – Timberline Construction Corporation (Timberline) has completed amenity and common-area renovations at The Atmark, a Greystar-managed multifamily community at 80 & 90 Fawcett Street in Cambridge, MA. The construction management project spanned 14,000 square feet across both buildings.
The renovation transformed the property’s lobbies, mail rooms, amenity spaces, leasing office, and back-of-house areas, introducing new glass storefront walls, a redesigned building entry, an expanded amenity area with high-end finishes throughout — all while keeping residents’ day-to-day access to mail, packages and leasing services uninterrupted.
“We’re thrilled with the transformation at The Atmark. These renovations give our residents a completely reimagined set of amenities and common spaces, and the team’s ability to keep the property fully operational throughout construction made the process seamless for everyone who lives here,” said Adam Post, Construction Manager at Greystar.

Expanded gym facilities
In Building 80, the main building’s larger lobby and leasing office received a full refresh. The gym and common area lounge now share a glass-enclosed footprint — replacing former drywall partitions. The fitness and gym area was expanded, converting a former one-bedroom unit into additional workout space. The reimagined common area, adjacent to reception, is outfitted with a coffee bar, pool table, and dedicated spaces for work and gathering. The mail and package rooms were also enlarged, and a former package and storage area was converted into a flexible workspace with five individual work pods.
In Building 90, the existing lobby and mail room were enlarged and refreshed. The space now features a new coffee bar, breakout/work room with multi-purpose seating and desks, utilizing underused lobby space without changing the overall footprint.

Common workstation & meeting area
Because the main lobby serves as the property’s only ADA-accessible entrance, the renovation was carefully phased to maintain continuous access to the mail and package rooms, leasing office and building egress throughout construction. Construction began in February 2025, with the majority of work completed by December 2025. The team returned in the spring to complete the remaining scope, with final completion in June 2026.
