Modern Amenities Elevate the Workplace Experience

For North River, the building owner, our team transformed the common areas of this occupied commercial property with a comprehensive renovation focused on improving the tenant experience. The project modernized this occupied commercial building’s main lobby and converted underutilized storage space into a contemporary café, shower and changing facilities, locker room and secure bike storage. Additional upgrades included refreshed restrooms, updated corridor finishes and modern lighting and architectural elements throughout the building.

Alongside the common area renovations, Timberline completed an 80,000 SF, two-phase R&D facility fit-out for a confidential tenant, including wet and dry laboratories, offices and administrative space.

With the lobby remaining operational throughout construction and two active tenant projects underway, the work required careful phasing and coordination of loading docks, the service elevator and building shutdowns. Off-hours work and detailed scheduling helped minimize disruption to tenants and maintain safe, continuous building operations.
