A Purpose-Built Laboratory for Next-Generation Discovery

Timberline completed a 10,000 SF office and laboratory build-out for Xbiome within the repurposed Hood Park campus, creating a modern research environment that supports the company’s scientific and operational needs. The fit-out included BSL-2 laboratory space, collaborative office areas, conference rooms and a café designed to foster productivity and teamwork.

The laboratory infrastructure featured a new waste processing system and dedicated cold storage to support research operations and the handling of sensitive materials. Through careful coordination of laboratory and workplace requirements, Timberline delivered a high-performance facility that seamlessly integrates specialized research capabilities with flexible office space.
