Timberline delivered a full interior renovation of Rockland Trust’s training center, reimagining the space as a modern, high-performance environment that supports employee training, collaboration and day-to-day engagement. Completed on a fast-track, 12-week schedule, the project demanded strategic planning, tight coordination and efficient execution to meet an aggressive turnaround.

The renovated training center includes a mix of large training rooms, expansive conference spaces, smaller meeting rooms, open office areas, private offices and essential support spaces. Upgraded bathrooms, break rooms and a refreshed kitchenette with new kitchen and seating areas create a welcoming hub for staff throughout the day.

Through this comprehensive fit-out, Timberline transformed an existing interior into a flexible, functional workplace that elevates Rockland Trust’s internal training programs – delivering maximum impact within a compressed timeline.
