RENOVATIONS TO ACTIVE CAMPUS STUDENT CENTER

Timberline has completed several renovation projects within the Curry Student Center. The new Center for Intercultural Engagement (CIE), designed to support a vibrant multicultural community, includes a technology-enabled conference and training room, student lounge spaces and a laptop bar along a glass wall overlooking the Center’s atrium.

To make room for the new Center for Intercultural Engagement, the game room was relocated to the 4th floor of the Center. Construction on the new game room comprised updated video game displays, re-felted billiard tables and new lounge seating. The larger space provides more headroom for billiards play while a new glass entrance brings in natural lighting, creating an inviting and engaging atmosphere to maximize activity and community within the space. Both renovations were designed by Jones Architecture.

Timberline also completed renovations to Starbucks within the student nightclub, “After Hours,” designed by Prellwitz Chilinski Associates.
