Students from sophomores to seniors call Orchard home. Comprising two buildings, North and South, Orchard features 38 three-bedroom apartments housing five people each and accommodating 195 students in all. This is a popular choice for Bentley athletes because of its proximity to Bentley’s athletic facilities. Each building features study lounges on each floor and a laundry room.
The existing roofs in both buildings were replaced. New PVI water heaters and boilers provide improved energy efficiency. Interior upgrades comprised the gut renovation of bathrooms, new flooring and finishes the apartments, and replacement of the existing flooring throughout common areas.
The renovations provide an enhanced living experience for residents together with improved energy efficiency aligned with Bentley’s environmental awareness and focus on sustainability.
