Neurology and Infusion Center of New England Groundbreaking

Canton, MA – The Neurology and Infusion Center of New England has broken ground on its new facility at 18 Washington Street in Foxborough, MA, marking a major milestone for the practice. Timberline Construction Corp. (Timberline) was selected as the construction manager to transform the existing two-story, 20,000 SF building into a new home for the growing practice.

The renovated facility will expand the Center’s capacity by doubling their space to accommodate growth while creating an environment tailored to patient care for neurology and infusion services. The first floor will feature the infusion center, physical therapy area, exam rooms and the office of the founder and Medical Director, Dr. Salvatore Napoli. The second floor will include additional exam rooms and a dedicated research space, enhancing both patient services and ongoing innovation.

“Breaking ground on this new facility is an exciting step forward for us,” said Dr. Napoli. “This space will allow us to transform how we deliver care, bringing our patients an environment that supports advanced treatment, research and compassionate, patient-first service.”

The groundbreaking marks the beginning of a project that will enable the Neurology and Infusion Center of New England to expand its reach and enhance patient experience. By relocating to a larger facility, the center will be able to serve more patients, deliver more connected and accessible services, and provide comprehensive care in a single setting. The renovation reflects founder Dr. Napoli’s long-standing vision of delivering advanced neurological treatment in an environment built around accessibility, while furthering their research capabilities.

The Neurology Center of New England, Timberline Construction and project partners gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking.

“We knew Timberline was the right partner for this project,” said Owner’s Project Manager Ed Zielinski. “Their expertise and collaborative approach made them the clear choice to lead this effort and I’m confident in their ability to deliver a space that will serve the practice and their patients for years to come.”

Timberline is proud to collaborate with the Neurology and Infusion Center of New England, alongside The Colwell Group (Architect), CoreStates Group (Engineer) and Owner’s Project Manager Ed Zielinski. Construction is now underway with completion expected in January 2026. Timberline looks forward to providing updates as the project progresses and the new facility comes to life.
