Partnering with MLL Capital and LK Design Group, Timberline recently completed renovations at two medical office buildings, located at 7 and 12 Alfred Street in Woburn, MA. This project took place within an occupied 112,000 SF medical complex and included demolition of existing finishes and ceramic tile flooring and base within both lobbies. LVT tile and new lighting fixtures were installed throughout the common corridors to provide a clean aesthetic as you walk through both buildings.
This project also included new drop ceilings, sprinkler relocation, paint and tile walls, new glass guardrails, new curtain walls, new automatic sliding doors, and concrete walkways at both entrances. Only 14 miles north of Boston and 4 miles north of Lahey Medical Center, this property is ready to be leased.
