Tim McManus

Tim’s finely honed leadership skills and proactive approach resulted in an accomplished career and significant contributions to Timberline Construction. He was a widely respected, consummate professional whose personality, dedication and hard work culminated in decades-long partnerships with academic, commercial, corporate and life science clients. Some of his long-term clients included Bentley University, Tufts University, Northeastern University, Boston College, as well as industry leaders like Sarepta Therapeutics, Tufts Health Plan and the project management firm CSL Consulting.

Over the course of his 30-year career, Tim completed over thirty million SF of projects, many highly complex and fast-track for industry-leading corporations, large-scale property owners, and some of the nation’s renowned academic institutions. Prior to joining Timberline in 2014, Tim was a Senior Vice President with Tishman Construction for eight years and was previously a Vice President at Payton Construction, where he initially worked alongside Steven Kelly, Timberline’s CEO.

Tim, who put the “Tim” in Timberline, will be forever missed by everyone at our company and our friends throughout the industry. Anyone who had the pleasure of working with Tim understands the impact he had on so many people throughout his personal and professional life. Although Tim is gone from this world, he will always live on in our hearts and work.
