Steve has more than two decades of experience in the building design and construction industry, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, emphasizing client satisfaction, shared accountability and a positive team culture. With a foundation in hands-on field experience, Steve takes a practical and solutions-driven approach to guiding projects from early planning through successful execution.
At Timberline, Steve is responsible for leading project teams, overseeing project delivery and ensuring alignment across clients, partners and internal stakeholders. He drives project strategy while maintaining a strong focus on quality, schedule and budget, and fosters clear communication to support seamless execution across all phases of work.
Steve’s background spans both construction management and real estate development, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle. He has led the delivery of highly technical life science and research facilities, as well as large-scale, mixed-use developments from concept through completion. His experience includes overseeing a $250 million laboratory and research facility project in Boston, managing all aspects of design, construction and stakeholder coordination. He has also directed complex projects in historically significant urban environments, balancing preservation requirements with modern construction demands, and began his career building a strong foundation across renovations, restorations, tenant fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades.
