As the leader of Timberline’s brand strategy, communications and business development efforts, Shannon is responsible for managing all of the firm’s marketing initiatives. This includes building and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns to support Timberline’s overall business objectives to advance awareness in the marketplace.
With over 15 years of experience in marketing, Shannon’s focus has been in the real estate, design and construction sectors. Developing and delivering proactive marketing and communications, as well as client-focused business development efforts, she has an understanding of both users and owners of buildings including office, lab and industrial property types.
Prior to joining Timberline, Shannon spent 10 years working in commercial real estate with JLL and most recently as the New England Director of Marketing & Communications for Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to JLL, she worked in marketing roles at architecture and design firms. Shannon received her bachelors from Denison University with a focus in Communication, as well as a Certificate of Interior Design from the New York School of Design. She also completed graduate level marketing courses at University of Maryland, Robert H. School of Business.
