One of Timberline’s exceptionally-experienced superintendents, Niles vast knowledge, diverse experience across multiple facility types, and ‘can-do’ attitude are a value-add to every project that he touches. Niles deep experience spans commercial, science and technology, academic and institutional facilities and ranges from large-scale ground-up projects to complex interior renovations and numerous interior fit-outs.

Niles has over 30-years of experience in all aspects of onsite supervision from interaction with clients, architects and owner’s representatives as well as coordination with subcontractors to meet scheduled deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality for all work completed. His expertise in moving projects forward on fast-track schedules and within tight budget constraints is exemplary.

Prior to joining Timberline, Niles spent over 20 years at JLL Construction / Spaulding & Slye, advancing from Sr. Superintendent to Senior Vice President in charge of Field Operations. He supervised such notable assignments as the repositioning of 99 High Street and the renovation of the Boston Design Center in addition to multiple projects for Merck, BU Medical Center and Jamestown Properties among others.
