Kevin A. Golemme, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Kevin has more than 30 years of experience in the architecture industry, with proven expertise in the planning and design of complex commercial, life science and institutional facilities. A licensed architect, he is known for developing practical, high-performing design solutions that balance technical requirements, operational needs and long-term value. His work reflects a disciplined, detail-oriented approach shaped by decades of delivering sophisticated building types across multiple sectors.

As Director of Architecture, Kevin leads Timberline’s architectural design efforts, guiding the development of design concepts from early planning through construction. He works closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are thoughtfully coordinated, constructible and aligned with overall project goals. His leadership supports Timberline’s integrated design-build delivery model by strengthening collaboration between design and construction and ensuring a consistent, efficient project approach.

Prior to joining Timberline, Kevin held senior architectural leadership roles and founded his own architectural firm. He has led the design and execution of a wide range of technically complex projects, including corporate headquarters, research laboratories, life science facilities and secure government environments. This experience, spanning programming, design development, technical documentation and construction administration, has  given him a comprehensive understanding of how design decisions impact cost, constructability and long-term performance. He brings this perspective to every project, helping teams anticipate challenges and deliver functional solutions.
