RENOVATIONS TO A NEW BANK IN THE HEART OF CAMBRIDGE

Timberline completed a new 2,300 SF Webster Bank in Cambridge, MA. The fast track, high-end interior fit-out was completed on the first floor of a multi-use building at 100 Binney Street. Scope of work included all new MEPs, HVAC, drywall, glass, flooring and includes an ATM at the entrance. Managing this project on an urban site required tight coordination and a sound logistics and safety plan. Expedited construction was successfully completed in three months while coordinating with Webster Bank’s vendors and contractors on the third floor.

Construction had to comply with the bank’s regulations and branding standards. Prior to this project, Timberline has successfully completed 17 projects for Webster Bank including renovations and refreshes throughout New England.
