PHASED RENOVATIONS FOR LUXURY HOTEL
After 30 years of operation, this independent luxury hotel in the heart of Harvard Square was in need of an update to maintain its status as a premier property. A phased gut rehab of the lobby and main entryways completely reworked existing spaces while addressing code compliant upgrades and egress modifications.
The lobby was transformed into an amenity-rich hub for guests featuring a contemporary juice bar, lounge with a cozy fireplace, and the sleek new NOIR bar. Timberline installed all new, high-end finishes throughout including a 100-foot-long custom light fixture in the lobby, custom-built reception and concierge desks, as well as upgraded exterior drop-off area to enhance the guest welcome experience.
Timberline also carried out renovations to Henrietta’s Table, the Hotel’s farmhouse-chic restaurant. Additionally, we added a new exterior deck off NOIR for guests to enjoy the outdoor space. Modifications to the initial phasing plan expedited the schedule by incorporating a substantial amount of MEP replacement in the first phase.Back to Residential & Hospitality Projects
