Tatte Bakery Commissary

This 25,252 SF commissary fit-out took place in a historic warehouse building located at 60 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston, MA. This project included a complete gut of existing systems and installation of new equipment throughout, heavy HVAC and electric was crucial in order to provide power and vents to all ovens and commercial equipment. Our team managed coordination with Trimark (commercial food service equipment) and our subcontractors for power/hookups, connections, layout, etc. The building was also equipped with fully washable flooring, ceiling and walls making for easy to sanitize baking, dining, and food preparation areas throughout the facility.

The new commissary will have a café attached to the large baking facility where guests can enjoy Tatte’s baked goods and drinks while watching the preparation taking place through a large window looking into the kitchen.
