NEW FITNESS FACILITY AT HIGHLAND COMMONS
Timberline partnered with Fit Factory, a high-end, full-service fitness club with multiple locations throughout Massachusetts, to build-out a new location at the Shops at Highland Commons in Berlin/Hudson, MA. This new location includes gym facilities, lobby area, children’s room, tanning room, saunas, locker rooms and bathrooms.
Our scope of work included installation of industrial sized ceiling fans, a new roof-top HVAC system, plumbing lines, millwork and glazing. For the flooring, we worked with a variety of materials including rubber gym flooring, luxury vinyl tiles, turf, as well as ceramic tile. A prominent feature throughout the facility are the multiple custom murals displaying Fit Factory’s unique, energetic brand.
