Boston IVF, a leading fertility and in vitro fertilization provider, partnered with Timberline to transform the existing space into a fully integrated, full-service IVF clinic. The interior renovation reimagined the area to support advanced clinical care while creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and staff.
The project scope included selective demolition, a completely new interior layout with partition walls, comprehensive MEP upgrades and high-quality interior finishes all completed within an occupied building. The finished facility features exam and ultrasound rooms, specialized andrology and phlebotomy labs and supporting office space tailored to clinical operations.
With preconstruction activities compressed due to schedule delays, Timberline led an intensive value engineering process to align scope and budget without compromising performance or quality. Through close coordination and proactive problem-solving, the team successfully delivered a modern fertility clinic on time and on budget, positioning Boston IVF to continue delivering exceptional patient care.
