Timberline Construction is continuing its ascent as a best-in-class team within the region with a number of recent notable awarded projects, including a major renovation of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, R.I.; a 147,000 SF phased renovation at Timberland’s headquarters in Stratham, N.H.; and Constitution Apartments, a 47,230 SF, 42-unit residential building in East Boston.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel, an award-winning hotel with 266 guest rooms, will remain fully operational as Timberline completes major renovations including the main lobby, guest rooms, meeting rooms, common areas, and more on – all on a fast-track schedule.

Timberland is a manufacturer and retailer of outdoors wear with a focus on footwear. Their N.H. headquarters project includes 18,000 SF of lobby renovations and 129,000 SF of workplace renovations. The first phase will include a retail space, café, fitness center and lobby with moss walls and other exciting elements to highlight Timberland’s unique brand. Phase two will transform the existing office space to accommodate 400 Timberland employees with open office space, collaboration rooms, storage, enclosed meeting areas and more. Phase three will include the brand immersion and design studio.

The Constitution Apartments at 917 Bennington St. project encompasses a 47,230 SF new construction five-story complex featuring 42 residential apartments overlooking Constitution Beach and Boston Harbor. These apartments include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts and feature private balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. A ground-level, 45-space parking garage includes bicycle storage. The building is located near the Orient Heights MBTA Blue Line station.
