At Timberline, community impact starts with our people. In 2025, our dedication to social responsibility came to life as employees across the company showed up for the causes they care about, volunteering their time, supporting local organizations and giving back in meaningful ways.

Giving Back Through Purposeful Partnerships

Throughout the year, Timberline partnered with organizations that strengthen education, youth development, health initiatives and community enrichment, totaling 65 sponsorships and events. Whether championing longtime clients or local non-profits, these efforts reflected a shared belief that strong communities are built through consistent and collective action. Some of the clients we proudly supported this year include:

One partnership that truly exemplified this commitment was with Malden Catholic. Their leadership recognized Timberline not only for the work we deliver, but for how we engage as a community partner. As Malden Catholic President John K. Thornburg shared:

“Malden Catholic celebrates Timberline as its inaugural Corporate Partnership Excellence Award recipient. Timberline’s client-centered approach has been apparent, specifically with respect to its commitment to cost and time certainty, generous financial support of the school, and recognition of its corporate responsibility to use success to improve the communities where they choose to do business.”

Moments like these reinforce why purposeful partnerships matter and how shared values can extend impact well beyond the project site.

Leading the Way: Timberline Culture Club

As an employee-led group, the Culture Club brings Timberline’s values to life through programs, events and volunteer opportunities that complement corporate philanthropy. In 2025, we came together through Culture Club–led initiatives to support veterans, animal welfare organizations, food pantries and affordable housing efforts. With 90% employee participation and 24 events and initiatives, these moments strengthened connections not only within our neighborhoods but within our teams.

Empowering Employees to Give More

This year also marked the launch of Timberline’s Employee Donation Match Program, giving employees an even greater voice in where and how we give. By matching individual contributions, the program amplifies personal generosity and extends the reach of causes close to our team members’ hearts. As one employee put it:

“The donation match program made it easier for me to support a charity that’s important to me. It feels good knowing the company stands behind what matters to its people.”

By aligning company support with individual passions, the program reinforces a culture where generosity is both encouraged and celebrated.

Recognized for Impact, Driven by People

We’re proud of these collective efforts that have earned Timberline recognition on the Boston Business Journal’s Corporate Citizenship Award list of Top Charitable Contributors. Even more so, we’re proud of the people behind the impact. Looking ahead to 2026, we remain committed to uplifting our clients and the causes they care about, while empowering our team to give back and make a difference together.
