Construction Management delivery is extremely effective on schedule and cost driven projects that are complex and need strong team commitment to adjust for rapid changes in design. Timberline Construction will provide the owner with a team that is best suited for their project, typically consisting of a Project Executive, Project Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Estimator and administrative support staff.
The “CM” delivery method provides seamless transition between all phases of design, preconstruction and construction. Timberline will coordinate the activities of the entire project team. We will work with the owner and design team on the delivery of all aspects of the project from design development through completion. This team based approach will maintain accurate and timely budget parameters thus ensuring cohesion with the design.
The Owner or their designated representative is typically involved in the selection of all project subcontractors and works in a team environment designed to meet the project's specific goals. This delivery system allows full transparency between the owner and Timberline. The client is always aware of any unforeseen escalations in project scope and is part of the decision making process. Through the process the Timberline Team will continue to look for additional value optimizing opportunities maintaining strict cost control, updated schedules, quality control, safety programs and accurate project deliverables.
