Project Executive

Tom has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry that has been dedicated to the science and technology market sector. He has been directly involved with managing over 2,100,000 square-feet of life science construction throughout his career. His portfolio specializes with biologics production facilities, cleanrooms, manufacturing facilities, process laboratories and R&D facilities. Tom has partnered with some of the world’s most dynamic pharmaceutical companies, including Sanofi Genzyme, Shire, Pfizer, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck & Co.


He is an excellent communicator and team leader. Tom engages early with owners, OPMs, architects, engineers and local agencies in the administration of projects to ensure their timely completion. He has extensive experience with construction management, preconstruction, design-build, cost estimating, detailed schedule development, budget analysis, and value engineering plans.

Tom takes a proactive approach from the project inception utilizing his design and construction insight to assist the project team by highlighting early opportunities and issues to better align project deliverables for a streamlined project. This approach helps to minimize changes while maintaining schedule progress from the project outset.

Tom has established himself as very reliable resource for clients with logistically challenging projects by successfully executing complex, multi-phased construction jobs. He is an invaluable resource to the Timberline team through his diverse Science and Technology experience.
