An Elevated Patient Experience on a Two-Week Schedule

Advantage Dental, a national network of dental practices, brought Timberline on to deliver the 7,200 SF renovation of their Westborough office, transforming the space into a bright and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. The refresh included new flooring and paint throughout, a new coffee bar, and updates across the reception area, offices and treatment rooms.

Beyond updated finishes, the project focused on elevating the patient experience and delivering a facility that supports smooth operations, in a setting that reflects the practice’s standards of care. Updates throughout offices and treatment rooms helped create a cleaner, more modern environment that supports efficient workflows for the Advantage Dental team and a more positive experience for patients. At the front of house, a new coffee bar – equipped with new electrical and water connections – adds a thoughtful touch that helps set the tone for a more comfortable visit.

The Timberline team completed the renovation under an extremely tight schedule, managing extended workdays, weekend shifts and precise coordination. With limited time on site, the team carefully sequenced each phase of work and maintained close communication to keep the project moving forward and turn over the space on time.
