We are currently seeking a summer intern/co-op Assistant Project Manager, with a start date of 9/1/2019.

Role Description:
This APM co-op will provide support to the Project Management/Operations Departments. The APM co-op will work with PM’s and APM’s in their management of multiple projects. Assistance is required in setting up jobs in the system, organizing and updating schedules, subcontractor information, and contracts, supporting the hand off of job materials from PM to Superintendent, and occasionally making trips to job sites.

This co-op will provide support to our Project Management teams and all personnel.

Qualifications:

Must be a student in good standing working toward a degree in CM, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or Business Management with a strong interest in Construction Management.

Where our headquarters is located in Canton Public transportation is not yet convenient so having access to a vehicle is a plus and parking is free! Our general office hours are M-F from 8am-5pm. Timberline has an onsite fitness facility for use by all employees and co-ops. We also offer healthy snacks-smoothies, fruit, granola bars, yogurt, cereal and bagels-all complimentary!
