Timberline Partners with South Shore Habitat for Humanity to Build Easton Home
For the third year in a row Timberline Construction volunteered with the South Shore Habitat for Humanity to build a house in Easton, MA. The Timberline team provided assistance in the framing stage for this ground-up project which will serve as a new home for a family in need.
Timberline Completes Fit-out at Tatte Commissary in South Boston, MA
Timberline is pleased to announce the completion of the 25,252 SF commissary fit-out of the new Tatte Boston Commissary located at 60 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston. Working with Tatte and Answers Inc., Timberline successfully coordinated a complete fit-out of this industrial warehouse building to create new baking facilities and a small café.

Timberline Partners with MLL Capital to Renovate Medical Office Buildings on Alfred Street Woburn, MA
Timberline recently completed renovations at two medical office buildings, located at 7 and 12 Alfred Street in Woburn, MA. This project took place within an occupied 112,000 SF medical complex and included demolition of existing finishes and ceramic tile flooring and base within both lobbies.
Timberline Partners with the Carpionato Group to Renovate the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island
The project consisted of renovations to 266 guest rooms, the main lobby, five large meeting rooms, four small meeting rooms, multiple common areas, new café and lounge, restrooms, façade improvements, upgrade fire detection systems, selective MEP upgrades and complete roof replacement at the guest room towers.
Timberline Holds Topping Off Ceremonies for New JPMorgan Chase Banks in Woburn, MA and Salem, NH
Two ceremonial topping offs recently took place as the new JPMorgan Chase Bank projects located in Woburn, MA and Tuscan Village Salem, NH start to take shape. A signed beam accompanied with an American flag and small evergreen tree were raised at both locations, symbolizing the completion of the structural phases for both projects.
