The $1.9 million restaurant project consisted of a tenant fit-out of a newly built core and shell second story in-line restaurant space, within the South Shore Place shopping plaza, to accommodate the move from the nearby South Shore Mall. Timberline also completed the Starbucks location below the restaurant previously and the TGI Fridays renovation across from this project, within the same plaza. The restaurant was designed to accommodate 294 occupants. The Architect, The Johnson Studio of Atlanta, GA, delivered an open layout floor plan with a large bar, smaller separate expo area with pizza oven and counter seating. Dining areas offer both booth and table options. In addition there is a second story outdoor deck with seasonal seating and a private function room with a television is separated using pocket doors. The location features elegant details, plank ceilings and high-end finishes.A tiled wine and beer refrigerator wall with windows divides the dining room from the restroom foyer entrance to modern bathrooms.
